History
Elevated Impacts was born out of my desire to support leaders to reach their full potential and become better leaders. I was fortunate enough to have had a few truly remarkable leaders in my career and I came to understand the true impact leaders have, be it positive or negative. Don’t get me wrong, I have had some not-so-great leaders as well, but they didn’t leave a lasting impression on me (thank goodness).
The leaders that had the most influence on me shared one characteristic. They truly cared about me, as a person, not just an employee. Their guidance and training came from a place of care, compassion, and an honest concern for my growth as an employee and an individual. Their humanistic approach to leadership encouraged me to stretch and challenge myself by stepping into new experiences and I knew if I was doing my best, they had my back. These leaders inspired me (not motivated) to show up for work every day, enjoy the work I did, and to make a difference in the organization, my life and society.
It is because of these leaders that I established Elevated Impacts. My mission is to support leaders in becoming more self-aware and human-centered in their leadership, as well as to inspire their teams and organizations. Through my personal experience, I leverage my understanding of great leadership, my education in organization development, and my passion for empowering leaders to inspire their team to do great things.

Donna Barragan
With more than 20 years’ experience creating and driving a world-class culture within a successful organization, Donna partners with leaders to create outstanding cultures that elevate their most valuable and powerful asset, their people.
Donna was instrumental in creating a culture that inspired top talent to join the organization and she ensured its continued growth for more than two decades. As a leader within a privately held company, Donna excelled in roles within Operations, Customer Support and Contract Management. Her diversity of roles enabled her to build successful relationships, make a greater impact, and expand the world-class culture created.
Building strong relationships and promoting a culture of trust, innovation, and respect are key to elevating an organization's impact on its employees and stakeholders. A positive culture is developed through the cultivation of relationships that result in greater teamwork, better communication, and better collaboration. Donna understands that in order to attract and retain talent, you have to create an environment where they will be motivated to remain and grow within the organization. She supports leaders to establish their own distinctive culture that becomes a benchmark for how companies can take better care of their employees and make a bigger contribution to their communities.
Bringing not only the diversity of her career and her lived experiences; Donna also brings candor, and insight to her Onboarding, Leader Development and Team support.
