One-on-One Coaching

Our personalized coaching engagement focuses on the personal and professional development of the whole individual. We support clients in diving deep into challenges and opportunities, gain greater self-awareness, clarify goals and unlock potential while providing a neutral and supportive sounding board.


Group Leadership Development with One-on-One Coaching

Provides the breadth of group coaching conversation, as well as the depth of the individual conversation. This approach allows for focus on core leadership foundations, as well as common interests and need areas of the group. Including individual coaching support so each participant has the opportunity to explore their own development in a more focused way.


Group Leadership Development

An on-going conversation which centers around leadership competencies, challenges and growth opportunities. A space where peers focus on goal-setting, deepening awareness around key issues, building resilience, taking action and accountability.
 


Workshop Facilitation

A series of six workshops designed to support participants to step up and into their best. Each session focuses on consciously choosing to bring our full selves to the workplace and life itself.
